2型糖尿病颈动脉内膜-中膜复合体厚度与脑血管疾病

目的 了解2型糖尿病颈动脉内膜－中膜复合体厚度（IMT）与脑血管合并症的关系。方法 采用高敏感B型超声测定32例无脑血管合并症，12例合并脑出血，36例合并脑梗塞的2型糖尿病患者的颈动脉IMT。结果 糖尿病合并脑梗塞组颈动脉平均IMT和最大IMT比无脑血管合并症组明显增厚，颈动脉斑块率明显增高，随着颈动脉IMT增厚脑梗塞发生危险性增大，糖尿病合并脑出血组颈动脉平均IMT，最大IMT和颈动脉斑块率与无脑血管合并症组比较无明显差异。结论 2型糖尿病颈动脉内膜－中膜复合体厚度(IMT）与脑梗塞有明显关系，可以做为预知脑梗塞合并症发生，发展的一个指标。

Carotid Artery Intima-media Thickness in Type 2 Diabetic Mellitus and Cerebrovascular Disorders

Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid artery intima media thickness(IMT) and cerebrovascular disorders in type 2 diabetic mellitus.Methods Carotid IMT was measured in 32 type 2 diabetic mellitus without cerebrovascular disorders, 12 type 2 diabetic mellitus with cerebral bleeding and 36 type 2 diabetic mellitus with cerebral infarction using B type ultrasonography system. Results Mean carotid IMT , the largest IMT and the prevalence of carotid plaque in type 2 diabetic mellitus with cerebral infarction were higher than in type 2 diabetic mellitus without cerebrovascular disorders, there were no significant differences between type 2 diabetic mellitus with cerebral bleeding and without cerebrovascular disorders, the risk of cerebral infarction increased gradually with increasing of carotid IMT.Conclusion Increased carotid IMT was associated with cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetic mellitus.
