输精管结扎与实验性高血脂对兔血清酶及过氧化脂质的影响

用日本大耳白兔复制输精管结扎动物模型,术后12个月时随机分为输精管结扎基础饲料组(V-S)和输精管结扎胆固醇饲料组(V-Ch),以体重相近的同种雄兔作为对照基础饲料组(C-S)和对照胆固醇组(C-Ch)。结果表明,血清谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),组间比较均无显著差异。血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)水平,V-Ch与C-Ch组明显地高于V-S、C—S组(P<0.01),主动脉脂质斑块面积在对应组间比较均无明显差异;相关检验表明,血清CK与抗精子抗体滴度无相关性,而与血清总胆固醇、过氧化脂质含量呈正相关(P<0.01,P<0.001)。

THE EFFECTS OF VASECTOMY AND EXPERIMENTAL HYPERLIPIDEMIA ON SERUM ENZYMES AND CONTENT OF LIPID SUPEROXIDE IN RABBITS

Japanese white rabbits vasectomized for over 12 months were divided into vasectomystock diet (V-S) group and vasectomy cholesierol diet (V-Ch) group, and normal malerabbits of similar weight were divided into corresponding control stock diet (C-S)group and control cholesterol diet (C-Ch) group. The results showed that (1) there wasno difference in levels of serum GOT, GPT, LDH among 4 groups, (2) serumCK levels of high cholesterol diet groups (C-Ch, V-Ch) were significantly higher thanthose of stock diet groups (C-S, V-S), p<0. 01, (3) the level of serum CK was obvious-ly positively correlated to contents of serum total cholesterol and lipid superoxide, (4) nocorrelation was found between the level of serum CK and the titre of antibodies tosperm antigen.
