女性脑卒中危险因素配对病例对照研究

本文对128对女性脑卒中病人进行了配对病例对照研究。经条件Logistic回归分析,结果表明高血压、冠心病明显与女性脑卒中有关,OR值分别为6.09和1.84;血压水平也与发病明显有关,收缩压升高的OR值为2.55,舒张压升高的OR值为4.25,双期血压均升高的OR值是4.67;吸烟与女性脑卒中有关(OR=1.85,P<0.05);生殖周期越长越不易得病(OR=0.92,P<0.001)。同时对其它有关因素也进行了分析。

Study on Control-case of Risk Factors of Apoplexy in Women

The risk factors for the Apoplexy were studied in 128 fe- male Apoplexy patients, who were examined by CT and 128 matched controls. A conditional logistic model was used to calculate their OR(odds ratio). The results showed that the hypertension and cardiovas- cular disease were indepent dangerous factors for the Apoplexy. OR of the two factors were estimated to be OR=6. 09 and OR=1.84 respectively. We also founded that the fe- male Apoplexy had relations with the blood pressure value. The OR of high systolic blood pressure was 2.55, that of high diastolic blood pressure was 4.25 and the OR of high systolic and diastolic blood pressure sametime was 4. 67. Cigarette smoking was the another important factor for female Apoplexy patients (OR=1.85). The longer reproductive period (OR= 0. 92) and more child-bearing times (OR=0. 45, P<0.05) were protect factors of Apoplexy. The test results of serum li- opoprotein showed that the higher level of TC and higher level of HDL-C were other protect factors for female Apoplexy pa- tients (OR=0. 98, P<0. 001 and OR=0. 91, P<0. 05).
