枸杞饮料抗诱变作用的实验研究

摘    要:采用果蝇伴性隐性致死试验(SLRL试验),就枸杞饮料对甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱发的果蝇生殖细胞突变的抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明,不同浓度的枸杞饮料可使EMS诱发的果蝇SLRL率明显降低,其抑制分别为68.29%、45.71%和31.50%,并呈现剂量-反应关系。

Study on Antimutagenicity of Lycium Barbarum Beverage

Abstract:Fructus Lycii, one of the rare Chinese medical herbs, were dried fruit of Lucium barbarum (Solanaceae). In this study, the antimutagenicity of Lycium barbarum was evaluat- ed by using SLRL assay. The results showed that the num- bers of sex-linked recessive. lethal induced by EMS were de- creaced significantly in drosophila melanogaster received vari- ous dose of lycium barbarum beverage. The inhibitory rates were individually 68. 29, 45. 17, 31. 50 percent. A dose-re- sponse relationship was noticed.
