| 摘 要： | 采用果蝇伴性隐性致死试验（ＳＬＲＬ试验），就枸杞饮料对甲基磺酸乙酯（ＥＭＳ）诱发的果蝇生殖细胞突变的抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明，不同浓度的枸杞饮料可使ＥＭＳ诱发的果蝇ＳＬＲＬ率明显降低，其抑制分别为６８．２９％、４５．７１％和３１．５０％，并呈现剂量－反应关系。

| Abstract: | Fructus Lycii, one of the rare Chinese medical herbs, were dried fruit of Lucium barbarum (Solanaceae). In this study, the antimutagenicity of Lycium barbarum was evaluat- ed by using SLRL assay. The results showed that the num- bers of sex-linked recessive. lethal induced by EMS were de- creaced significantly in drosophila melanogaster received vari- ous dose of lycium barbarum beverage. The inhibitory rates were individually 68. 29, 45. 17, 31. 50 percent. A dose-re- sponse relationship was noticed. |
