呼和浩特市部分地区8～10岁儿童碘营养现状

目的了解全民食用碘盐以来呼和浩特市8～10儿童碘营养状况。方法尿碘采用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈接触法;盐碘采用GB/T13025.7-1999直接滴定法。结果托克托县8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数为364.5μg/L,回民区儿童尿碘中位数为302.6μg/L,赛罕区儿童尿碘中位数为222.1μg/L,总体儿童尿碘中位数为283.3μg/L;居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格、合格碘盐食用率均在95.0%以上,非碘盐率为0.94%。结论居民碘盐质量总体良好,8～10岁儿童碘养状况总体在一个较适宜水平,托克托县和回民区学龄儿童尿碘中位数偏高,认为有必要下调碘盐浓度保证人群碘营养水平在100～200ug/L的适宜水平。

Iodine nutrition state of children aged at 8 to 10 years in Hohhot

Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of children aged at 8 to 10 years in parts of Hohhot since the whole population took the iodized salt.Method Urine iodine was determined by ammonium persulfat digestion-arsenic cerium contact method and using direct titrimetric method(GB/T13025.7-1999) to determine iodine concentration in salt.Results The urine iodine median of children aged at 8 to 10 years was 364.5μg/L in Tuoketuo country,302.6μg/L in Huimin district and 222.1μg/L in Saihan district and the total was 283.3μg/L.Iodized salt coverage rate,qualified rate and qualified iodized salt edible rate were all above 95% and non-iodized salt rate was 0.94%.Conclusions The iodized salt quality was well in this place and the iodine nutritional status of children at a condign level,but the urine iodine medians were higher in Tuoketuo and Huimin district,we thought it was necessary to keep the Iodine nutrition at the level of 100 to 200μg/L.
