摘    要:目的为掌握我县农村环境土壤中铅、镉水平及动态变化,为上级制订政策措施提供依据。方法从方城县5个乡镇20个村采集土壤样品20份。样品用微波消解仪消化处理,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定。结果杨集乡大河口村、赵河镇枣庄村、泥岗村、拐河镇辛庄岭村和王家营村土壤中铅含量符合土壤一级标准,其余村土壤中铅含量符合土壤二级标准,监测的20个村土壤中镉含量均符合土壤一级标准。结论我县农村环境土壤中部分村中铅含量超过土壤一级标准,需每年对重点村进行监测。

Abstract:Objective To understand the level and dynamic change of lead and cadmium in rural soil,and provide basis for the formulation of policies and measures.Method Collect 20 soil samples from 20 villages in 5 townships.The samples were digested by microwave digestion instrument and detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results The lead content of soil in Dahekou Village,Zaozhuang Village,Nigang Village,Xinzhuangling Village and Wangjiaying Village was consistent with the primary standard,and the content of lead in other villages was consistent with the secondary standard.The cadmium content of soil in all the monitored 20 villages was consistent with the primary standard.Conclusion The lead content of rural soil in some villages exceed the primary standard,so we needed to monitor the key villages annually.
