细胞因子与急性肺损伤研究进展

目前对于急性肺损伤的发病机制尚未完全明了,对其进行的研究较多,大量临床和实验室研究证明,多种效应细胞释放的炎性细胞因子是造成急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征的中心环节。本文主要参考了国内外多位学者的研究成果,根据已经得到广泛公认的二次损伤和炎症失控假说,系统综述了各种细胞因子成分在急性肺损伤中的致病作用,以及在治疗方面的重要作用。

Development in Cytokine and Acute Lung Injury/Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

At present, the pathogenesis of acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome （ ALI/ ARDS） has not been cleared,considerable experimental and clinical evidence has showed that pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines play a key role in the development of ALI and ARDS. This article,according to the well accepted ＂strike twice and overwhelming inflammation＂ hypothesis would be the most important course in the pathogenesis of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,summairzes ALI and ARDS about their cytokine balance and its role in the treatment of them.
