老年消化性溃疡发病的相关因素分析

目的:探讨老年消化性溃疡发病的相关危险因素.方法:对入住本院消化内科784例60岁及以上的消化性溃疡病人及261例60岁及以上的慢性胃炎病人的临床资料进行回顾性比较分析.结果:老年消化性溃疡病人中文化程度低、吸烟、饮酒、患抑郁症的百分率高于对照组.研究组幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染率为77.4%,显著高于对照组的45.6%(P＜0.01).研究组服用非甾体类消炎药(NSAIDs)的百分率为14.5%,显著高于对照组的6.1%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);研究组使用抗凝血药物和激素分别为2.4%和1.3%,高于对照组的1.9%和0.8%,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:老年消化性渍疡的发病与Hp感染及服用NSAIDs密切相关,吸烟、饮酒及患抑郁症也是危险因素.

Analysis of the Correlation Factors in Elderly Patients with Peptic Ulcer

Objective:To explore the relative risk factors of peptic ulcer in the elderly.Methods:The clinical data of 784 patients with peptic ulcer aged 60 years old or over and 261 patients with chronic gastritis were retrospcrtively analyzed.Results:Factors such as low education,smokers,alcoholic drinkers and depressive disorders were more common in study group compared with control group.The Hp infection rate in study group was 77.4%,which was higher than that in control group(45.6%)(P<0.01).The rate of NSAIDs intake in study group(14.5%) was significantly higher than that of control group(6.1%)(P<0.01).And the rates of anticoagulant drugs and hormone intake in study group were 2.4% and 1.3%,which were also higher than those of control group(1.9% and 0.8%),but not associated with a statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:The pathogenesis of peptic ulcer in the elder-ly is highly related to the Hp infection and NSAIDs intake.The other risk factors include smoking,alcohollic drinking and depressive disorder.
