摘    要:目的 :探讨病程长短对甲亢性肝损害患者肝功能及预后的影响。方法 :16 0例接受 1 31 I治疗的甲亢性肝损害患者按病程长短分为 3组 ,于治疗前和治疗后 6个月检测肝功能指标并与健康组进行比较。结果 :1 31 I治疗前 3组患者与健康组相互比较 ,肝损害发生率、肝功能指标差异均有显著性 ,病程越长 ,肝损害发生率及严重程度越高 ;治疗后各组肝功能指标比较差异有显著性 ,病程越长 ,恢复越差。结论 :甲亢性肝损害的发生率、严重程度及 1 31 I治疗后恢复情况与病程长短有密切关系 ,患者应早期诊断 ,及时治疗

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the course of diseases to the hepatic function and the prognosis in the patient with hyperthyroidism united hepatic lesion. Methods 160 patients with hyperthyroidism united hepatic lesion would accept the radioiodine treatment, were divided into three groups by the course of diseases, determined the hepatic function before and after the treatment. Compared the results with the healthiness group. Results The incidence rate of hepatic lesion and the hepatic function had obvious difference in three groups before the treatment, the more length of the course of diseases, the incidence rate and the damaging degree were higher. After the treatment, the hepatic function had obvious difference in three groups, the more length of the course of diseases, the comeback of the hepatic function was worse. Conclusion The incidence rate, the damaging degree and the status of comeback had affinity with the course of diseases. The patient with hyperthyroidism should be diagnosed early and treated promptly.
