| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种更适合于老年股骨颈骨折有效的手术治疗方法。方法对79例老年股骨颈骨折患者采用双极人工股骨头置换术和全髋关节置换术进行治疗,与传统的手术切开内固定法进行比较分析。结果采用内固定法治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者的优良率仅为59.1%,而双极人工股骨头置换组优良率为96.0%,全髋关节置换组优良率为94.1%,置换组的优良率明显高于内固定组（P〈0.05）。双极人工股骨头置换组与全髋关节置换组优良率则无显著性差异。结论双极人工股骨头置换术及全髋关节置换术可解决骨不连和股骨头缺血坏死的问题,还可避免长期卧床引起的并发症,是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的有效方法 。
