冠状动脉瘤样扩张与超敏C反应蛋白相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨冠状动脉瘤样扩张(CAE)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法收集96例患者临床资料,根据冠脉造影检查结果分为三组,A组:32例CAE,无梗阻性冠状动脉疾病(CAD);B组:34例梗阻性CAD;C组:30例冠状动脉正常。分析比较三组间的病史特点,白细胞(WBC)计数及中性粒细胞百分率、血清hs-CRP水平。结果分析结果显示A组WBC总数、中性粒细胞百分率高于B组和C组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),血清hs-CRP水平A组明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论冠状动脉瘤样扩张超敏C反应蛋白升高,慢性炎症可能参与了冠状动脉瘤样扩张的形成。

Research on the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein and coronary artery ectasia

Abstract:Objectives To explore the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein and coronary artery ectasia (CAE). Methods The clinical data of 96 consecutive patients were collected. These patients were divided into three groups according to coronary artery angiography. 32 with CAE and non obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD) entered group A. 34 with obstructive CAD entered group B. 30 angiographically normal coronary controls entered group C. Historical features, white blood cell(WBC) count as well as neutrophils, and serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP) were compared among three groups. Results According to results of analysis, the higher number of WBC, neutrophfl were found in patients with group A compared with group B as well as group C(P 〉0.05). The serum hs-CRP level of group A were significantly higher than that of group B and group C (P 〈 0.01, respectively). Conclusions The serum hs-CRP level of CAE is very higher and chronic inflammation may be responsible for ectasia formation in patients with CAE.
