| 摘 要： | 目的应用护理行为艺术提高军队门诊服务质量。方法通过集体学习与自学相结合提高护理行为的理论水平。在学习前、后自设问卷调查患者满意度。结果学习后患者满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论通过强调语言沟通、礼仪、面部表情、体语和环境等的应用提高护理行为艺术,建立良好的护患关系,提高护患沟通水平和服务满意度

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of the art of nurse action to improve the quality of nursing service in the out-patient department of army hospital.Method Organizing the nurses to learn the theory of nurse action through group study and self-study and investigating patients'satisfaction be- fore and after the learning with self-designed questionnaire.Result The patients'satisfaction with nursing service got increased significantly after learn- ing(P<0.01).Conclusion Through strengthening the application of language communication,etiquette,facial expression,body language and envioron- ment to improve the art of nurse action was helpful to build up favorable nurse-patient relationship,improve the level of nurse-patients communication and increase patients'satisfaction. |
