| 摘 要： | 应用免疫级组织化学方法对３６例喉鳞癌患者的ｎｍ２３基因产物／核苷二磷酸激酶进行检测。结果：喉鳞癌中ｎｍｎ２３／ＮＤＰＫ表达的阳性率为６９．４％；随着肿瘤的增大及淋巴结转移的出现，ｎｍ２３表达程度降低，Ｔ１－２病变高于Ｔ３－４病变，Ⅰ－Ⅱ期喉癌高于Ⅲ－Ⅳ期喉癌。

| Abstract: | Using immunohistochemical technique to detect the expression of antimetastatic gene in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in 36 cases. Of these 25(69.4%)cases showed immunoreactivity in nm23/NDPK. Statistical analysis revealed that the decreases in expresion of nm23/NDPK was significantly correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis and with advanced stages of laryngeal carcinoma( P <0. 05), No relationship was found among nm23/NDPK expression,histopathological grades and tumor sites. The results suggest that nm23 gene may play a role in the mechanism of tumor progression and the development of regional metastasis from these tumors. |
