| 摘 要： | 目的 研究中期因子(midkine,MK)和骨桥蛋白(osteopontin, OPN)在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测64例胃癌组织、20例癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中MK和OPN蛋白表达情况.结果 胃癌组织中MK和OPN的阳性表达率分别为76.6%和73.4%,显著高于癌旁正常组织.二者的表达水平与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期成正相关关系.MK和OPN在胃癌中的阳性表达率之间存在一定相关性.结论 MK、OPN在胃癌的生长、侵袭与转移中起重要作用,它们之间存在相互诱导或是协同效应,其共同表达可作为判断胃癌预后的指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of midkine(MK) and osteopontin(OPN)in gastric carcinoma. Methods Expression of MK and OPN was detected in tissues of gastric carcinoma(64 cases) and adjacent normal tissues(20 cases)by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of MK and OPN in gastric carcinoma were 76.6% and 73.4% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues.The level of MK and OPN expression had a positive correlation with the invasion depth,lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage.Furthermore,there was a significant correlation between the expression of MK and 0PN. Conclusion MK and OPN play a synergistic role in the growth,invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Their colocalization may be a useful indicator for the prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
