新生儿肺气肿的X线特征(附200例分析)

目的:提高对新生儿肺气肿的各种X线征象的认识,以求早期诊断及治疗。方法:对200例新生儿肺气肿的X线胸片及临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与120例正常新生儿胸片X线征象对比分析。结果:日龄越小的患儿愈易并发肺气肿,不同类型的肺气肿可有相同的X线征象,也可有不同的X线征象,但它们早期X线征象多为肋间肺膨出。结论:准确认识各型肺气肿征象,特别是早期征象,有助于临床治疗。

Radiological feature of pulmonary emphysema in newborn(Report of 200 cases)

Objective: To increase the understanding of various X rays features of neonatal pulmonary emphysema and to make it easy to diagnose and treat in early stage. Methods: The pulmonary and clinic features of 200 cases of pulmonary emphysema were analyzed and compared with that of 120 cases of normal newborns. Results: The younger the patients were, the more likely they complicated with pulmonary emphysema. Different kinds of pulmonary emphysema could share the same X ray features or manifest their own characteristics, but most of the early stage features of pulmonary emphysema showed pneumonocele of apex of lung and intercostal lung. Conclusion: Exact and early recognition of the X ray features of all kinds of neonatal pulmonary emphysema, especially of the early stage signs will contribute to clinic treatment.
