多囊卵巢综合征脂代谢的研究进展

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种好发于青春期和生育期的内分泌疾病,以高雄激素和持续不排卵为主要特征。PCOS患者有明显脂质代谢紊乱,其肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、雄激素过多症与高脂血症和远期并发症心血管疾病有着密切联系。因而PCOS脂代谢异常及与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系的研究可能具有重要意义。本文对近年来有关这一方面的研究进展予以综述。

Study Progress of Dyslipoproteinemias in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） is an endocrine disease, occurring in adolescent and child-bearing period ; PCOS is primarily characteristized by hyperandrogenis and chronic anovulation. PCOS patients have severe dysfunction,, the obesity, insulin resistance and hypertension, of PCOS are associated with dyslipoproteinemia and long-term complications of cardiovascular disease. So there is a significant meaning in study of the relationship between dyslipoproteinemias in PCOS and coronary arterial disease. This article reviews the recent study in this respect.
