| 摘 要： | 放射治疗俨然成为直肠癌治疗的重要组成部分,射线被运用于治疗肿瘤带来较好效果的同时,伴随而来的就是辐射损害,如皮肤黏膜反应、放射性腹泻等。腹泻症状对患者的治疗影响或小或大,而益生菌作为一种新兴热门止泻剂应用于临床实践,本文将就益生菌防治直肠癌放射性腹泻做一综合性阐述。

| Abstract: | Radiation therapy has become an important part of the treatment of rectal cancer.The use of radiation in the treatment of cancer brought about good results,at the same time,it was accompanied by radiation damage,such as skin mucosal reaction,radioactive diarrhea and so on.The effects of diarrhea symptoms on the treatment of patients are small or large,and probiotics,as an emerging popular antidiarrheal agent,is applied in clinical practice.This paper makes a comprehensive elaboration on probiotics in the prevention and treatment of radioactive diarrhea in rectal cancer. |
