A型肉毒毒素联合本体感觉训练在脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用研究

目的研究A型肉毒毒素联合本体感觉训练在脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法将某院收治的64例脑卒中后偏瘫患者根据随机数表法原则分成甲组32例,乙组32例,甲组实施常规康复治疗,乙组实施A型肉毒毒素联合本体感觉训练,观察两组患者的肢体功能恢复情况及日常生活能力改善情况。结果治疗后,两组的徒手肌力评定法(MMT)评分、Holden功能性步行分级(FAC)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评测表(FMA)评分均所有上升,且乙组上升的更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的日常生活能力评分量表(ADL)评分均有所上升,且乙组的ADL评分较甲组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素联合本体感觉训练,通过A型肉毒毒素改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的肌张力,解除痉挛,配合本体感觉训练促进肢体功能恢复,促进患者的康复进程。

Application effect of botulinum toxin A combined with proprioception training in patients with poststroke hemiplegia

Objective To study the application effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with proprioception training in patients with poststroke hemiplegia.Methods 64 patients with poststroke hemiplegia admitted to a certain hospital were divided into group A(32 cases)and group B(32 cases)according to the principle of random number table.Group A received routine rehabilitation treatment and group B received botulinum toxin a combined with proprioception training.The recovery of limb function and improvement of daily living ability of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of MMT,FAC,BBS and FMA of the two groups were all increased,with a more obvious increase in group B and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The daily living ability score scale(ADL)score of both groups increased,and the ADL score of group B was higher than that of group A,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin A combined with proprioception training can improve the muscle tone and relieve spasm of poststroke hemiplegia patients through botulinum toxin A,and promote the recovery of limb function and the rehabilitation process of patients through proprioception training.
