中医辨证联合五禽戏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病60例临床观察

目的探讨中医辨证联合五禽戏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法将120例符合纳入条件的门诊患者采用分层区组随机分为两组,每组各60例,对照组基于辨证给予中药汤剂配合常规西药治疗,治疗组在中药汤剂配合常规西药的基础上联合五禽戏治疗,观察各组的临床疗效。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能检测,两组治疗前后肺功能改善情况比较,治疗组FEV1%及FEV1/FVC%治疗前后改善明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组临床总有效率为75.00%;治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证联合五禽戏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效确切、可靠。

Clinical observation of 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Wuqinxi

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Wuqinxi(Five-animal boxing)in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 120 outpatients eligible for inclusion were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation,while the treatment group was combined with Wuqinxi treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with conventional western medicine to observe the clinical efficacy of each group.Results Lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was detected.The improvement of lung function before and after treatment in the two groups was compared.The improvement of FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% in the treatment group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Wuqinxi in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is accurate and reliable.
