浙江省预防接种人员心理健康状况调查

目的了解预防接种人员心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样,在浙江省12个县抽取预防接种门诊人员开展心理健康症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查,分析心理问题阳性检出率及其影响因素、SCL-90量表得分。结果浙江省预防接种人员心理健康问题检出率为32.5%(135/416),10种心理健康症状因子的检出率在5.3%-23.6%之间;SCL-90量表总平均分为1.36±0.44分,各症状因子平均分在1.17-1.61分之间。Logistic回归分析显示,公共卫生专业、工作不满意程度高、无家庭支持的预防接种人员心理问题检出率更高。结论浙江省预防接种人员的总体心理健康状态良好,并受其专业、工作满意度、有无家庭支持等因素的影响。

A survey of mental health among vaccination staff in Zhejiang province

Objective To explore mental health status and influencing factors among vaccination staff.Methods We used a stratified random sampling method to select vaccination staff in 12 counties of Zhejiang province.We conducted a questionnaire-based mental health survey using the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),and analyzed the positivity rate of psychological problems,factors influencing positivity,and the scores of SCL-90.Results The positivity rate of mental health problems was 32.5%(135/416)among vaccination staff in Zhejiang,with a range of 5.3%-23.6%for 10 types of mental health symptoms.The overall average SCL-90 score was 1.36±0.44 points,with a range of 1.17-1.61 for symptom factors.Logistic regression analysis showed that the positivity rate of psychological problems was higher in vaccination staff who worked for public health,who had high job dissatisfaction,or who did not have family support.Conclusion The overall mental health showed a good profile among vaccination staff of Zhejiang,influenced by their major,job satisfaction,and family support.
