整脊手法在神经根型颈椎病中的应用观察

目的探讨整脊手法在神经根型颈椎病中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至6月某院收治的72例神经根型颈椎病患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组给予中频牵引治疗,观察组给予整脊手法治疗,两组患者均连续治疗3个疗程。于3个疗程结束后评估两组临床疗效,并于两组患者治疗前后,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估疼痛程度、颈部功能障碍指数(NDI)评估颈椎功能障碍程度、颈痛量表(NPQ)评估患者生存质量情况。结果治疗后,观察组治愈27例、好转7例、未愈2例;对照组治愈19例、好转10例、未愈7例。经秩和检验,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(Z=4.400,P=0.036)。治疗后,观察组的VAS评分、NDI评分及NPQ评分均显著低于治疗前(t=8.961,P<0.05;t=17.398,P<0.05;t=10.253,P<0.05)及对照组(t=4.186,P<0.05;t=6.244,P<0.05;t=3.491,P<0.05)。结论整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效好,能有效缓解患者疼痛及颈椎功能障碍程度,提升患者生活质量。

Application observation of spinal manipulation in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective To explore the application value of spinal manipulation in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Me thods 72 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to the hospital from January to June 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given middle-frequency traction therapy,while the observation group was given spinal manipulation.Both groups were continuously treated for 3 courses.After 3 courses of treatment,the clinical curative effects of the two groups were evaluated.Before and after treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)was applied to assess pain degree,neck disfunction index(NDI)was applied to assess neck dysfunction degree,and northwick park(NPQ)was applied to assess quality of life.Res ults After treatment,27 cases were cured,7 cases improved and2 cases unhealed in the observation group.In the control group,19 cases were cured,10 cases improved and 7 cases unhealed.The rank-sum test showed that clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=4.400,P=0.036).After treatment,scores of VAS,NDI and NPQ in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(t=8.961,P<0.05;t=17.398,P<0.05;t=10.253,P<0.05)and those in the control group(t=4.186,P<0.05;t=6.244,P<0.05;t=3.491,P<0.05).Conclus ion The clinical curative effects of spinal manipulation are good for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can effectively alleviate pain and nerve dysfunction degree,and improve quality of life in patients.
