| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺结核合并肺癌的临床特点。方法对22例肺结核合并肺癌病例进行回顾性分析。结果肺结核合并肺癌的临床表现有咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、发热、胸痛、淋巴结肿大。胸部X线表现以浸润影为主,其次为团块状影,厚壁空洞。早期确诊、及时手术治疗可提高治愈率。结论肺结核合并肺癌的临床症状和胸部X线表现不典型,易造成漏诊,应提高对肺结核合并肺癌的警惕性。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical characteristic of pulmonary tuberculosis related lung cancer.Methods 22 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis related lung cancer were retrospectively analysed.Results The clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis related lung cancer included cough,emptysis,fever,chest pain and lymphadenopathy.On the chest film,diffuse patch shadows were mainly signs.Mass shadows and thick wall cavity were also the X-ray characteristics.In addition,definite diagnosis at early phase and operation in time might improve the healing rate.Conclusion Because of atypical clinical characteristics and X-ray manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis related lung cancer,they may lead to misdiagnosis easily.So greater attention must be paid to clinical characteristics of this disease. |
