| 摘 要： | 目的:总结应用髂嵴游离骨组织修复下颌骨缺损的经验.方法:回顾21例应用游离髂嵴骨组织即时修复下颌骨缺损,对手术方法、术中、术后处理等进行总结分析.结果:用髂嵴游离骨组织修复下颌骨术后并发症少,手术成功率高(87.5%),能进行即刻种植体植入.结论:对不能开展显微外科的医院,下颌骨缺损患者用游离髂嵴骨组织修复仍可作为首选方法.

| Abstract: | To sum up the experience of use of iliac c rest free bone in reconstruction of the mandibular defectsMethods:21 cases of reconstruction of the mendibular defects by using iliac crest free bone between 1993 and 1999 were reported, and the operation methods, oper ation and postoperative treatment w ere discussedResult:Using iliac crest free bone to reconstru cts the madibular defects, the rate of postoperative complications was low, and t he r ate of successful operation was 85.7% with this method implant can beplanted at the same timeConclusion:reconstraction of the mandibular defects by using iliac crest free bone can be the first way in the hospital with out microsurgery |
