用非高渗透压培养基从慢性胆囊炎胆囊分离细菌L型

用非高渗透压培养基从１１０例慢性胆囊炎患者的胆囊壁组织和胆汁中分离培养细菌Ｌ型。结果表明常规细菌学检查有菌和无菌的慢性胆囊炎胆囊中均可检出细菌Ｌ型，其中胆囊壁组织检出率为９４．５４％，胆汁检出率为８６．０２％。胆囊细菌Ｌ型检出率２７．２７％，其中革兰阴性细菌占６１％，革兰阳性细菌占３９％。

Isolation of bacterial L-forms from 110 cases of chroic cholecystitis using a non-high osmotic me-dium

non-high osmotic medium,PG broth was used to isolate bacterial L-forms from gallbladder tis-sues and bile samples procured from 110 cases of chronic cholecystitis.L-forms were isolated both fromthe gallbladder tissue and the bile specimens, which could be sterile or non-sterile when determined un-der the routine bacteriologic methods. The positive detection rate of L-forms were 94.54% , and 86. 02 %in the gallbladder tissue and the bile specimens respectively. The rate of bacterial type determinationwas only 27. 27%, of which 61.11 % was gram-negative and 38.89% gram-positive.
