| 摘 要： | 目的研究C-erbB-2在结肠癌的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化(S-P)法检测C-erbB-2在50例结肠黏膜、125例结肠腺癌组织中的表达。结果C-erbB-2在50例结肠黏膜中的阳性表达为3例(6%),在125例结肠腺癌病例中的表达为60例(48%),两者间的C-erbB-2表达率具有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。C-erbB-2的表达与结肠癌中的组织学类型无相关性(P>0.05)。结肠癌伴有淋巴结转移者的C-erbB-2表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)。结论C-erbB-2的表达与结肠癌的发生发展有关,检测C-erbB-2的表达可作为判断结肠癌的生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of C-erbB-2 in colon carcinoma. Methods The expression of C-erbB-2 was studied by immunohistochemical technique (S-Pmethod) in 50 cases of normal colon mucosa and 125 cases of colon careinoma. Results The expression of C-erbB-2 was detected in 3 of 50 cases normal colon mucosa(6%) and in 60 of 125 cases colon carcinoma(48%).The expression of C-erbB-2 was not associated with histologic grade in colon carcinomas.(P>0.05).The expression rate of C-erbB-2 in colon carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was singnificant higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of C-erbB-2 can be regarded as valuable indicators for evaluating biological behavior and the prognosis of colon carcinoma. |
