| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨膀胱浸润性尿路上皮癌伴腺性分化的临床病理特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法:回顾分析2例患者的临床及病理资料,结合文献复习并进行讨论。结果:2例患者均为男性,年龄分别为60岁和69岁,手术后均未复发。肿瘤直径为2 cm和3 cm,菜花状;组织学以尿路上皮癌与腺性成分混合为特征,免疫组化CKH、CKpan及p63阳性,PSA、P504S、CgA、Syn及SMA阴性,Ki-67约60%阳性,p53约10%阳性。结论:该肿瘤临床罕见,经病理组织学确诊,需与多种疾病鉴别。
