| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌术后皮下积液的原因及预防方法。方法:回顾分析2009年3月至2010年12月手术治疗173例乳腺癌患者,随机分成3组:A组55例单点双管腋窝负压引流,B组57例两点双管负压引流,C组61例三点法负压引流,比较3组术后皮下积液发生情况。结果:A组21例(38.2%)、B组15例(26.3%)、C组4例(6.6%)发生皮下积液。结论:三点负压引流法在通过有针对性地增加引流面积而降低皮下积液方面明显优于单点及双点负压引流法,值得同行借鉴。
