| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨通过改变CT扫描参数,降低腰椎间盘突出臭氧介入术中扫描剂量的可行性。方法:东芝Asteion4 CT机引导下定位,80例椎间盘突出患者平均分为2组,一组为常规剂量组(120 kV,250 mAs),另一组为低剂量组(120 kV,40 mAs)。使用自动调节技术扫描,两组患者体型大致一致,比较两组患者图像质量,并比较穿刺部位的准确率。结果:两组患者两种不同剂量下显示病灶形态、边缘无明显差异,病灶内部结构的显示低剂量组不及常规剂量组。结论:低剂量CT的图像质量可以达到CT引导的目的,不仅保证了穿刺的准确率,同时降低了患者所受的辐射剂量和CT球管的损耗。
