| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性上消化道大出血患者的心电图和心肌损害标志物(肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌红蛋白)的动态改变及其临床意义。方法:对急性上消化道大出血患者的心电图及心肌损害标志物分别于第1天、第10天进行检测并作数据分析。结果:上消化道大出血患者起病后第1天心电图均出现异常,心肌损害标志物大部分都有程度不等的升高,10 d后随着病情缓解异常变化的比例明显减少。结论:急性上消化道大出血患者大部分易并发心肌损害,因此要加强心脏监护,抢救时应兼顾心脏情况。
