调和肝脾法对肠易激综合征免疫学作用机制研究

目的：观察调和肝脾法对肠易激综合征患者免疫学指标的作用。方法：临床选择腹泻型肠易激综合征患者为研究对象，治疗前后分别检测患者血中IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4；血T淋巴细胞总数与亚群数目；IL-2水平，并设正常对照组。结果：腹泻型肠易激综合征患者治疗前血清IgM含量明显升高，外周血总T淋巴细胞、T8^＋细胞数目显著降低；淋巴细胞转化功能明显低下，IL-2低于正常组，经调和肝脾法治疗后过高的IgM含量显著下降（P〈0．01），淋巴细胞转化功能增强，抑制性T淋巴细胞（T8^＋）恢复正常，IL-2也接近正常水平。结论：腹泻型肠易激综合征患者体液免疫亢进，细胞免疫功能低下，免疫调节机制紊乱，调和肝脾法中药能抑制某些亢进的体液免疫指标，增强细胞免疫功能，从而起到调节免疫功能的作用。

Immunology mechanism of harmonizing the liver and spleen on irritable bowel syndrome

Objective:To observe the immunological mechanism of harmonizing the liver and spleen in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.Methods: The patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were choiced for the study in clinic.Before and after treatment,blood IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4;blood T lymphocytes and the total number of subgroups;IL-2(IL-2) Level was checked in patients as well as the normal control group.Results: Before treatment,in patients with the diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,serum IgM were significantly elevated,the total T lymphocytes and T8+ number of cells in peripheral blood were a significantly reduced;the transforming function of lymphocyte was significantly lower.IL-2 was lower than that in the normal group.After reconciling the liver and spleen,IgM decreased significantly(P <0.01),lymphocyte function enhanced,inhibit T-lymphocytes(T8+) backed to normal,IL-2 also was closed to normal level.Conclusion: In patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,the humoral immunity function is higher,and the cellular immunity function is lower.Some traditional Chinese medicine reconciling the liver and spleen play a role in regulating immune function by inhibiting the hyper humoral immunity and enhancing cellular immunity.
