| Abstract: | Objects placed in the bladder often become encrusted with stone. Using a technique combining endoscopic visualization and a small open cystotomy, a large encrusted foreign body was successfully and safely removed. The combination of endoscopy and cystotomy is rapid, safe, and potentially applicable for the removal of large vesical calculi. |
