派丽奥辅助治疗牙周炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察派丽奥治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选择40例(80牙)慢性牙周炎患者,随机将患牙分为两组,各40颗,对照组在基线时对患牙进行龈下刮治及根面平整。治疗组在基础治疗的基础上加用派丽奥牙位注入,每周1次,共放4次并在基线治疗后第10天、第30天时检查各临床指标。结果治疗组均可使菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)等临床指标改善。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论局部应用派丽奥辅助治疗慢性牙周炎是安全有效的方法。

CURATIVE EFFECTS OF PERIOCLINE ON PERIODONTITIS

Objective To observe the curative effects of periocline on periodontitis.Methods 40 teeth cases randomly chosen from 80 ones were treated with routine method,and the other 40 ones acted as the control group which were treated with the routine method of subgingival scaling and root treatment,once a week,for 4 weeks.The clinical indexes of both groups were determined on the 10th and 30th day.Results The inedexes of bacterial plague,gum and pocket depth improved in both groups,but there existed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Local application of act periocline as an auxiliary method in quite safe and effective.
