留置导尿术中常见故障的处理

目的探讨留置导尿时常见故障的原因及其处理方法.方法针对留置导尿中常见的诸如导尿管插入困难、留置导尿后疼痛、引流不畅、粘膜出血、导尿管旁漏尿、导尿管脱出等问题,分别作出原因分析,采取不同的措施予以处理.结果实施留置导尿127例次,效果满意94例次,效果不满意33例次.其中发生导尿管插入困难6例次,留置后出现疼痛7例次,引流不畅11例次,粘膜出血3例次、导尿管旁漏尿4例次、导尿管脱出2例次.结论根据不同原因,采取不同的措施进行恰当的处理,是保证留置导尿取得满意效果的关键.

Experience of Settling Common Problems in Indwelling Catheterization

[Objective] To explore the methods of settling common problems in indwelling catheterization. [Methods] Analysis was made on the common problems like unsmooth catheterization, pain after indwelling, tmsmooth urina drainage, mucosa bleeding, urina leaking and catheter fall- off. Different measures were taken to settle the problems. [ Results ] 127 cases underwent indwelling catheterization, 94 cases had a satisfactory result. 33 cases were not satisfactory with 6 cases of unsmooth catheterization, 7 cases of pain after indwelling, 11 cases of unsmooth urina drainage, 3 cases of mucosa bleeding, 4 cases of urina leaking and 2 cases of catheter fall- off. [ Conclusion] It is vital to take different measures to settle different problems in order to ensure a satisfactory effect.
