| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）中的临床应用价值。方法 对40例PCOS患者的子宫及卵巢进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查，观察其子宫及卵巢的结构及彩色血流频谱，并测量其皿流参数。以35例健康妇女作为对照组。结果 与正常对照组相比，PCOS患者组卵巢增大，子宫动脉搏动指数增高，而卵巢动脉阻力指数降低。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声能明显提高对PCOS的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TV-CDU) in the diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods Forty cases of PCOS were examined by TV-CDU to detect the uterine and the ovarian structure, color Doppler features and artery indices. Results The ovaries were congested in PCOS, and the spectrum of the uterine artery was in the type of high pulsatility index, the spectrum of ovarian artery was in the type of low resistance index, which was significantly different from that of normal group. Conclusion TV-CDU can significantly enhance the sensitivity of diagnosis of PCOS. |
