| 摘 要： | 氧化反应是有机化合物的功能基转化的重要单元操作。它在药物合成和中间体的制备中,应具有选择作用强、反应条件温和易控、试剂易得、后处理方便和收率高等特点。本文将近几年来国内外报道的某些氧化反应的试剂、条件和应用范围,做简要的列举,希望对新药合成和制药工艺等有所助益。
