| 摘 要： | 目的：研究 Ｃ Ｄ１５ 和ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 蛋白产物在膀胱癌组织中的表达与病理分级、临床分期、复发和转移的关系，并探讨 Ｃ Ｄ１５ 与癌基因蛋白表达的相关性。方法：应用微波 Ｌ Ｓ Ａ Ｂ 免疫组化法，检测５２ 例膀胱癌组织中 Ｃ Ｄ１５ 和ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 的表达水平。结果：在膀胱癌中 Ｃ Ｄ１５ 和ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 阳性表达率分别为６９２ ％ 和３８１ ％ 。其表达均与肿瘤分级、分期、复发和转移相关（ Ｐ＜ ００５） 。 Ｃ Ｄ１５ 与ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 表达呈正相关。结论： Ｃ Ｄ１５ 和ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 均是膀胱癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标。膀胱癌 Ｃ Ｄ１５ 表达与ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 蛋白表达可能具有相互协同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between expression of CD15 and c erbB 2 protein and clinical staging,recurrence and metastasis in bladder carcinoma.Methods:Microwave LSAB immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of CD15 and c erbB 2 in 52 bladder carcinomas.Results:The positive rate of CD15 and c erbB 2 was 69 2% and 38 1% respectinely,which was positively correlated to the pathological grade,clinical stage,recurrence and metastasis ( P <0 01).Expression of CD15 was significantly correlated with the expression of c erbB 2.Conclusions:CD15 and c erbB 2 might be important biologic markers to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of bladder carcinoma. |
