| 摘 要： | 目的对北京市通州区2007-2009年从食品中分离到的副溶血性弧菌(vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)进行研究并建立相关资料的数据库。方法对20株食源性VP进行神奈川试验,脲酶试验,血清分型和核糖体核酸(rDNA)指纹图谱分析,并进行同源性比较。结果 20株食源性VP的神奈川试验均为阳性,其中有2株脲酶试验为阳性,血清分型显示20株食源性VP分属于14个不同的血清型别,rDNA指纹图谱将20株食源性VP分为16个核糖体型。结论在通州区食品中检出的VP都具有致病性。在不同的年份,既存在着拥有同源关系VP的重复流行,也会有新的分子型别的VP菌株出现。本研究建立了通州区食源性VP的生化性状和分子图谱数据,为今后预防和控制由VP引起的食源性疾患的发生提供了科学依据。
