安徽省男男性行为人群艾滋病知识知晓率及其相关因素分析

目的了解男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)的艾滋病知识知晓率及相关因素,为制定艾滋病健康教育措施提供依据。方法利用2008-2009年全国MSM人群调查的安徽省资料,分析MSM人群的艾滋病知识知晓率及其相关因素。结果共有1 513名调查对象进入数据库,对8道艾滋病基本知识题目的答对率在62.9%～93.4%之间;能正确回答6题及以上的人数是1 320人,知晓率为87.2%,95%可信区间是85.6%～88.9%。多因素分析显示,地区(OR芜湖比合肥=0.36,P<0.001)、文化程度(OR高中或中专比初中及以下=3.13,P<0.001,OR大专及以上比初中及以下=9.26,P<0.001)、寻找性伴场所(其他场所比互联网的OR值均低于1,均有P<0.01),是否获得过艾滋病宣传材料(OR=2.05,P<0.001),最近1年是否做过HIV检测(OR=1.67,P=0.015)等变量与艾滋病知晓率相关。结论安徽省MSM人群艾滋病知识知晓率较高,但个别知识点的答对率较低;与MSM人群艾滋病知晓率相关的因素较多;提示要进一步采取针对性的健康教育措施。

HIV/AIDS awareness and related factors among MSM in Anhui Province,China

Objective To identify the AIDS awareness rate and related factors among men who have sex with men （MSM） in Anhui Province, China. Methods AIDS awareness rate was calculated using Anhui Province data in the national MSM survey organized by the National Center for STD/AIDS Control and Prevention in 61 cities in 2008 - 2009, X2 test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were conducted to identify related factors of AIDS awareness. Results Among the 1 513 MSM participants in the database, the awareness rates of the 8 basic AIDS questions were between 62.9 % -- 93.4 % ; 1 320 answered 6 and more questions correctly, with the awareness rate of 87.2% （95% CI ： 85.6 %--88.9 % ）. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the following variables were related to AIDS awareness： city （ OR wuhu vs Hefei = 0.36, P〈0.001, education （ OR high vs middle and less = 3.13, P（0.001, OR college vs middle and less= 9. 26, P （0. 001 ）, place to seek sexual partners （all OR of other places vs Internet （1, P （ 0.01）, whether receiving IEC materials （OR=2.05, P〈0.001）, whether receiving HIV testing （OR=1.67, P = 0. 015 ）. Conclusions This study showed that among MSM in Anhui Province, the overall AIDS awareness rate was high, and the knowledge about some basic points was relatively low; there were many related factors of AIDS awareness. The results underscore that the AIDS education activities should be designed according to the characteristics of MSM individuals and groups.
