2005 - 2009年山西省太原市居民死因顺位分析

目的 了解太原市居民死亡谱特征,为社区卫生服务的需求做出估计,为制定区域卫生规划合理分配卫生资源提供依据。 方法 数据来源于全市10县(区)死亡病例报告,死因分类依据国际疾病分类ICD-10进行疾病分类,死亡病例数从大到小进行顺位分析,死因统计依据根本死因进行。 结果 2005 - 2009年死因数据监测中前10位死因依次为缺血性心脏病、脑出血、脑梗死、肺恶性肿瘤、慢性下呼吸道疾病、胃恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、肝恶性肿瘤、交通事故、肺心病,太原市居民前10位死因占总死亡的58.78%。死因顺位在不同的年龄、性别和地区中有差异。 结论 太原市人群疾病死因顺位随年龄、性别、地区的差异而呈现出不同的特点,应引起高度重视。应依据不同人群的死因分布特点采取不同的干预措施,以降低各类疾病对人群健康的危害。
