劳务工预防乙肝相关知识知晓情况及健康教育需求的调查分析

目的 了解龙岗区劳务工对预防乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)相关知识的掌握情况,为今后开展有针对性的预防乙肝健康教育提供科学依据.方法 自行设计调查问卷,随机选取深圳市龙岗区某工厂412名工人为调查对象,进行一般情况、乙肝防治知识、乙肝预防措施、乙肝相关知识和相关知识需求方式的调查.结果 该工厂工人乙肝防治知识知晓水平较低.在乙肝传播途径方面,如“与得了乙肝的人很近地说话”能否传染,认为不能传染的只占25.2％；“与得了乙肝的人共用澡盆”能否传染,认为不能传染的只占24.5％；认为“蚊虫叮咬”不能传染乙肝的只占10.7％,认为能传染的则占80.6％.总体而言,乙肝防治知识的接受和掌握情况在性别、年龄、文化程度间存在差异.就宣传资料需求而言,92.2％的劳务工人想得到一些预防乙肝宣传资料,其中最想得到的宣传材料依次是音像制品(55.4％)、文字材料(52.4％)和以图画为主的宣传材料(32.0％).结论 劳务工乙肝防治知识水平较低,应加大劳务工人乙肝传播途径方面知识的健康教育.
