| 摘 要： | 目的 了解浙江省桐庐县辖区内医疗机构法定传染病报告现况,为提高和规范传染病疫情报告工作质量提供参考。 方法 参照卫生部办公厅下发的《全国传染病网络直报质量督导检查方案》(2009年版)内容,对2010年桐庐县各级医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告质量进行调查和分析。 结果 2010年医疗机构法定传染病漏报率为5.57%,报告及时率为100%,报卡填写完整率为90.96%,卡网一致率为92.66%,病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾平均诊断符合率为88.16%,传染病疫情报告知识知晓率为82.19%。除卡网一致率差异无统计学意义外,县、乡两级医疗机构其他各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),县级医院漏报情况、卡片填写完整性、诊断符合率和疫情报告知识知晓率好于乡镇卫生院。 结论 桐庐县医疗机构在传染病漏报、填卡完整性、诊断符合率及疫情报告知识知晓率等方面存在的问题不容忽视,必须采取有效措施予以纠正,尤其是乡镇医疗机构。
