| 摘 要： | 目的 分析吕梁市离石区重点传染病的发病态势和流行特点, 为制定传染病防治规划与策略提供参考依据。 方法 对2010年离石区《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》传染病报告数据进行分析,着重分析重点传染病的时间、地区及人群分布特点。 结果 2010年全区共报告法定传染病2类13种,发病总数为864例,死亡1例,总发病率为330.40/10万,死亡率为0.38/10万,病死率为0.12%。其中肺结核、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、手足口病报告病例数较多。 结论 2010年离石区传染病发病形势整体平稳,AIDS流行形势严峻,肺结核、梅毒、丙型病毒性肝炎、手足口病发病数上升明显,甲型病毒性肝炎、乙型病毒性肝炎、麻疹、腮腺炎、痢疾发病数有所下降。
