高职护理学生心理健康现状调查及影响因素分析

目的了解高职护理学生心理健康状况及其影响因素,为高职院校开展学生心理干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法对1 087名高职护理学生进行症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)和自编问卷调查。结果高职护理学生各因子得分与全国常模的差异均有统计学意义,躯体化、强迫、精神病性因子得分低于江苏省大学生常模,而恐怖因子得分高于江苏省大学生常模。五年制高职护理学生的躯体化、敌对、妄想因子得分高于三年制护理高职生,差异有统计学意义。调查共发现高职护理学生任一因子得分≥3分的心理异常者111人,检出率为10.21%。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,心理异常与年级和专业满意度有关。结论在高职院校学生管理中应加强心理健康教育,尤其是针对专业课程较重的二年级学生和专业思想不稳定的学生进行重点教育。

Survey on psychosomatic symptoms and analysis of relevant factors among nursing students from a vocational college
