| 摘 要： | 目的用文献计量学方法评价近10年来结核病系统评价研究的发展现状。方法利用ISI Web of Science引文数据库检索2001-2010年10年间出版的结核病系统评价文献,分别从结核病系统评价研究的发表年代、国家/地区、机构、作者的发文量、被引频次和结核病系统评价研究的发表期刊分布情况以及涉及的学科等进行分析。结果共检索到232篇文献,分布于110种期刊。近5年来文献量增长迅速,美国、加拿大、英国这些发达国家的发文数量和影响力较大。研究主要集中在传染病学、呼吸系统、医学综合和内科学、公共卫生、微生物学、免疫学等领域。结论在结核病的控制当中,最佳证据的收集和应用越来越被重视。中国作为一个结核病高负担国家,应加强这方面的研究。
