| 摘 要： | 目的 对河南省开封市2010年流行性感冒(流感)监测结果进行分析,了解流感的流行趋势、病原学变化特点,为今后流感防治工作提供科学指导。 方法 哨点医院对流感样病例(ILI)进行监测,并按要求采集ILI咽拭子标本运送至流感监测网络实验室,流感监测网络实验室在24小时内采用real-time RT-PCR法进行核酸检测,并完成流感病毒的分离鉴定。 结果 2010年开封市流感监测哨点医院共监测门、急诊就诊病例91 661例,ILI 853例。病例以25岁~年龄组为主(占35.99%),60岁~年龄组最少。第1周(1月4-10日)至第18周(5月3-9日),25岁~和15岁~年龄组所占比例较大,但自第43周(10月25-31日)开始,以0岁~年龄组为主。全年共采集ILI咽拭子标本571例,经实验室检测,新甲H1N1流感病毒18例(占3%),A未分型57例(占10%),B型9例(占2%),季H1和季H3均未检出,全年无流感及甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的发生。 结论 流感发病有季节性,2010年第3周ILI数达高峰,随后呈明显下降趋势,ILI构成以25岁~年龄组为主,流感病毒以A未分型为优势流行株。
