皖北农村艾滋病患者自我接纳程度及其影响因素分析

目的探索农村艾滋病患者自我接纳程度及其影响因素。方法采用自我接纳问卷(SAQ)和家庭及社区关怀量表对皖北农村117名艾滋病患者进行调查分析。结果皖北农村艾滋病患者SAQ总分为(39.76±6.93)分,自我评价因子评分为(19.78±4.27)分,自我接纳因子评分为(19.98±4.93)分。女性艾滋病患者SAQ总分及自我接纳因子评分低于男性(均有P<0.05)。农民患者SAQ总分、自我评价和自我接纳因子评分均低于其他职业患者(均有P<0.01)。艾滋病患者SAQ总分及自我评价因子评分与人均年收入呈正相关(均有P<0.05)。艾滋病患者SAQ总分及自我接纳因子评分与家庭及社区关怀评分呈正相关(均有P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,家庭及社区关怀、性别、人均年收入、是否与父母同住为艾滋病患者自我接纳程度的影响因素,且家庭及社区关怀评分高、性别为男性、人均年收入高、与父母同住是自我接纳程度的保护性因素。结论皖北农村艾滋病患者自我接纳程度较低,家庭及社区关怀、性别、人均年收入、与父母同住等是其可能的影响因素。

The self-acceptance and its influential factors among AIDS patients in rural area of northern Anhui

Objective To investigate the level of self-acceptance and its influential factors among AIDS patients in rural area.Methods 117 AIDS patients in rural area of northern Anhui were surveyed by Self-Acceptance Questionnaire（SAQ） and Family and Community Solicitude Scale（FCSS）.Results The SAQ total score of 117 AIDS patients was 39.76±6.93,Self-evaluation Factor score of them was 19.78±4.27,Self-acceptance Factor score of them was 19.98±4.93.The SAQ total score and Self-acceptance Factor score of female patients were significantly lower than those of male patients（P0.05）.The SAQ total score,Self-evaluation Factor score and Self-acceptance Factor score of patients in the peasants were significantly lower than those of other occupations（P0.01）.The SAQ total score and Self-evaluation Factor score of AIDS patients were positively correlated with income of family（P0.05）.The SAQ total score and Self-acceptance Factor score of AIDS patients were positively correlated with the score of FCSS（P0.01）.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis indicated that family and community solicitude,gender,income of family and living with parent were influential factors for the level of self-acceptance among AIDS patients,then higher score of FCSS,male,higher level of income and living with parent were protective factors.Conclusions The AIDS patients in northern Anhui had a bad self-acceptance attitude to themselves.Family and community solicitude,gender,income of family and living with parent were potentially influential factors.
