| 摘 要： | 目的 了解山东省泰安市2010年法定传染病的流行特征,为制定传染病防治对策提供参考依据。 方法 采用描述流行病学方法对泰安市2010年法定传染病报告系统常规疫情资料进行分析。 结果 在39种法定传染病中,泰安市报告了24种,共报告病例16 736例,死亡11例, 报告发病率为295.63/10万,死亡率为0.19/10万,病死率为0.06%。发病数居前5位的是手足口病、肺结核、病毒性肝炎、其他感染性腹泻病和痢疾。 结论 在法定报告传染病中,血源及性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病是泰安市的防控重点,其中以病毒性肝炎、肺结核为主,但肠道传染病也要加以重视。
