| 摘 要： | 目的了解合肥市12320全国公共卫生公益电话的信息构成情况及其在突发公共卫生事件监测中的应用。方法根据电话记录,分类统计合肥市2009-2010年各类信息总频次及时间分布情况,分析疑似突发公共卫生事件信息报告的时间分布及其处置反馈效率。结果 12320电话信息涉及到健康体检、疫苗接种、防病知识咨询、市长热线12345移交电话处置、疑似突发公共卫生事件报告、其他如工作时间和地点询问等内容,其中有关疫苗接种咨询的信息最多,且在免疫强化活动期间明显增多;疑似突发公共卫生事件信息报告高峰主要集中在冬春交换季节和夏秋交换季节,从12320接到报告至现场初步核实反馈的平均时间为(115±14.97)min。结论 12320承担着疫情监测和舆情引导等多重职能,尤其在突发公共卫生事件信息报告中是个敏感的监测手段。
