行为转变干预在老年骨质疏松性骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果

目的:探讨行为转变干预在老年骨质疏松性骨折术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取47例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者为观察组,在术后护理中实施行为转变干预。另外选取43例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者为对照组,实施常规护理干预。比较两组术后康复的积极性、复诊率、生活能力和运动功能。结果:观察组在康复积极性方面(依从程度、配合程度、需求程度等)的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的按时复诊率、出院后3个月的生活自理能力和运动能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行为转变干预能够提高老年骨质疏松性骨折患者的康复积极性,促进患者生活能力和运动功能的恢复,效果优于常规健康教育。

Effect of behavior change intervention in postoperative nursing of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture

Objective:To investigate the effect of behavior change intervention in postoperative nursing of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture.Methods:47 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture were selected as the observation group,they were given behavior change intervention in postoperative nursing.43 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture were selected as the control group,routine nursing was carried out.The postoperative rehabilitation of the enthusiasm,return rate, life ability and motor function were compared in the two groups.Results:The rehabilitation initiative score (degree of compliance,degree of cooperation,degree of demand,etc.) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of return visit on time and the ability of self-care and the ability to exercise in the observation group 3 months after discharge was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Behavior change intervention can improve the rehabilitation of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture,and promote the recovery of patients'' life ability and motor function,the effect is better than the conventional health education.
