血清同型半胱氨酸及脂联素水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系

目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)及脂联素(adiponectin,APN)水平与妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,HDCP)的关系。方法:选择2014年1月至2016年4月本院收治的82例HDCP患者为研究对象。其中,38例HDCP患者纳入高血压组,28例子痫前期轻度患者纳入轻度组,16例子痫前期重度患者纳入重度组;另随机选择同期30名健康妊娠产妇纳入对照组,比较不同组别研究对象血清Hcy及APN水平。结果:HDCP组血清Hcy明显高于对照组,APN水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDCP患者中,血清Hcy水平在高血压组、轻度组、重度组逐级增加,血清APN水平随着病情的加重逐级下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,Hcy与APN间存在显著负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测血清Hcy与APN水平对监测HDCP患者的病情有重要意义。

Study of the relationship between serum homocysteine and adiponectin levels and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and adiponectin (APN) levels and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP).Methods: 82 cases of patients with HDCP treated from January 2014 to April 2016 were studied as the research object,38 cases of patients with HDCP were included into the hypertension group,28 cases of mild preeclampsia patients were included into mild group,16 cases of severe preeclampsia preeclampsia patients were included into severe group,30 cases of pregnancy healthy women were selected randomly as control group at the same time,serum Hcy and APN levels in different study groups were compared.Results: The serum Hcy in HDCP group was significantly higher than that in the control group,APN level was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In patients with HDCP,serum Hcy level in hypertension group,mild group and severe group were increased step by step,and serum APN level were declined with the gradual aggravation,the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that Hcy and APN had a significant negative correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combined detection of serum Hcy and APN in patients with HDCP is of great significance.
